Can this fabric be washed?  This fabric is similar to your re-usable grocery bags, every wash will break apart the fibers and decrease the integrity of the fabric.  If this is being used inside a product with an outter shell, then you can wash it.

Do we have test results for filtration levels?  The manufacturer tested a few specimens to FE >95%.

Width of fabric?  64-68″

Is this meant for disposable products only?  Yes, unless it’s being used inside a woven product
