A step and repeat most notably refers to a backdrop which provides opportunities for an event’s attendees to stand in a centralized location for the purpose of capturing photos with a uniform background. A step and repeat wall or banner (and sometimes a press wall) is often used as a publicity backdrop for event photography. They can be comprised of high quality fabric with a sheen for a nice touch of elegance and sophistication, or printed with a repeating pattern, such as a logo or company brand.
