Set Up Instructions for Pop Up Canopy Tent

Removing the Tent
The first step in your pop up canopy tent setup is removing the tent from its carrier bag. Our tent bags are roller bags, making it easier during transport to your show or event. Once you’ve plotted out your space, you’ll simply unzip your bag and pop your tent and accessories out of the bag.
Preparing the Frame
Locate your tent frame. Our frames come crafted with sturdy and lightweight aluminium so that popping them up isn’t cumbersome. Slightly open your frame so that you’ll be able to secure the top and walls to your frame.
Attaching the Walls and Canopy Top
Placing your canopy and walls on the frame is simple with the easy attachments that are sewn into them. Simply attach your canopy by slinging the canopy over the top of the frame and securing it to the frame with the attachments. Attach the walls in the same manner by fastening the attachments each side of the frame.
Adjusting the Frame
Once the walls and canopy have become secured to the frame, you’ll work on adjusting the frame outward and expanding it. Once expanded, you’ll unlatch the buckles that were holding the legs in place. These buckles are responsible for adjusting the frame’s height.
Raising the Frame
When you’ve expanded your frame and released the lock, you’ll be ready to raise the legs of your frame. Raise each leg one by one, sliding them upward and locking them into place with the same buckle you’ve unlocked. You’ll also crank the center of the tent to raise the canopy’s point.
From there, your tent will be ready to go!

The guide followed when classifying fire safe textiles is the NFPA 701 Standard Methods of Fire Tests for Flame Propagation of Textiles and Films.
The NFPA classifies fabrics with various terms, such as non-flame retardant (NFR), inherently flame retardant (IFR), durably flame retardant (DFR) or just flame retardant (FR). Each classification means something different depending on the fabric. Fabrics that become treated chemically are FR, or flame retardant.
Inherently flame retardant (IFR) fabrics for pop up canopy tents become flame resistant during the processing of the fabric. Therefore, the fibers within the textile already have flame resistance when they’re made, like polyester.
