Q: How long will it take for my canvas art to arrive ?
A: We aim to deliver all items within 7 to 10 working days of receiving a confirmed order. We will state on an individual item's description where delivery timescales may be longer. Delivery may take longer for bespoke items and commissions. If we estimate that delivery will take longer than 10 working days then we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Q: How much is delivery?
A: Standard delivery within the UK is free of charge. Outside of the UK the delivery charges apply. Click here for more information
Q: How will my canvas art be delivered?
A: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. We use Royal Mail ParcelForce for all our deliveries and your canvas will be fully trackable online once it has left our studio. A signature will be required at the point of delivery
Q: Can I order a canvas and have it sent to an address other than my own?
A: Yes you can. You have the option to enter a different billing and delivery addresses at the checkout stage.
Q: How will my canvas art be packaged?
A: Your canvas will be carefully covered in protective bubble wrap and placed in a custom made double walled cardboard box to fully protect it during transit.

Q: Will the colours on my canvas print be the same as what I see on my PC's monitor?
A: We try to ensure that the colours you see are as close as possible to the actual printed product. Unfortunately however we can not guarantee an exact colour match as onscreen colours and pictures will vary dependent upon your PC monitor settings and resolutions. If you do require an exact colour match then please contact us for more information.
Q: Will the image on my canvas print be identical to the image on your website?
A: The actual image displayed on the canvas face may vary slightly depending upon the size ordered, this is due to the scaling of the image and the relative proportion of the canvas face area respective to it's depth.
Q: The size I ideally want isn't listed. Can you supply my canvas print in a custom size?
A: Yes, we can make prints in almost any size up to 200cm x 100cm. Please contact us with your exact requirements for a quote.
Q: Can you print my own photograph, picture or artwork onto canvas?
A: Yes, we can use your own image to create a canvas print. Please contact us with your exact requirements for a personalised quotation.

A: Your credit card details are processed by a secure server and this information is sent by industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We will only send you marketing emails if you have previously given us your consent for us to do so. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

Q: What if I don't like my canvas print when it arrives?
A: If for ANY reason you are not 100% satisfied with your canvas art print then you can return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving it.
This 30-Day Guarantee gives yourself, family and friends plenty of time to check your canvas art print to ensure it's totally suitable for your home. If for any reason you decide to return or exchange your art, just contact us.
Q: How do I look after my canvas print?
A: Do not expose your canvas print to strong heat (e.g, directly above a hot radiator or heater, or fire) or excessive moisture.Do not use any chemical cleaning agents, fluids or spray's on your canvas. To remove dirt or splashes wipe very gently with a well wrung, soft damp cloth, then allow to dry. Do not wet your canvas. To remove dust you should use a low powered vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment, a feather duster, or a light static cleaning cloth.
Q: How do I hang my canvas?
A: How you hang your canvas is totally dependent upon your wall, the canvas location, and your preferences. For example many modern houses have hollow cavity walls, these require special plastic screw plugs or toggle fixings. Solid brick walls require a different type of screw plug. You may wish to simply hang the canvas on 2 screws, using the top of the frame as an anchor, or you may wish to use a picture wire and hooks. If security is an issue (e.g, your art is hung in an entrance or hallway) then you may consider using special locking brackets or fixings. We advise you to seek advice from your local hardware or DIY store if you are in any doubt about the most suitable method for your circumstances.
