Delivery Charges
Standard delivery within mainland UK is £11.00 (including vat).Outside of the mainland UK the following delivery charges apply (per order up to 5kg total in weight)

Please Note: Costs include the cost of handling and packaging as well as courier charges.
Delivery Timescales
We aim to deliver all canvas art orders within 7 working days of receiving a confirmed order payment.
However delivery may take
up to 12 working days. Please note that delivery may take longer for bespoke items and commissions. If we estimate that delivery will take longer than 12 working days then we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
If you require delivery by a specific date (e.g for a birthday present) then please contact us prior to ordering so we can agree delivery timescales.
When your order is despatched we will send you a confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking number that will allow you to track the progress of your parcel with the courier.
All items will be despatched from the UK using DHL or another specialist couriers. All orders are insured whilst in transit.
All deliveries require a signature. If DHL attempt to deliver but you are out then they will leave you a card with details of how to arrange a time for redelivery or collect from your local depot.

Packaging
All canvas artwork is carefully wrapped in protective bubble wrap to protect it from moisture and damage. It is then placed in a specially constructed, double-walled cardboard shipping box to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition.
